Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
